What happens if my site gets hacked?
We handle it. Security remediation is included in your plan — we'll clean the site, identify how it happened, and take steps to prevent it from happening again. You won't be left dealing with it alone.
What does "30-minute task" actually mean?
It covers the everyday requests that don't require a full project: swapping out an image, updating a page section, changing a phone number, fixing a form, adding a team member. If something is bigger than that, we'll scope it separately and let you know before touching it.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes — plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You can cancel any time. We just ask for written notice before your next billing date.
Do I have to use your hosting too?
No. We can manage your site on your existing host. That said, our hosting is optimized for WordPress, and having everything in one place tends to make maintenance faster and more reliable.
How do I submit a support request?
You'll get access to a simple request form when you sign up. Submit it, and you'll hear back within one business day. Most requests are turned around within 48 hours.
