The American Memory Loss Foundation serves families dealing with one of the most difficult situations imaginable. Their website needed to be warm, easy to navigate, and trustworthy — especially for visitors who may already be overwhelmed.
We built a WordPress site focused on clarity and accessibility, with a design that balances emotional sensitivity with clear calls to action for resources and support.
As AMLF’s reach grew, so did the need to serve families across language barriers. We implemented full multilingual support via WPML across six additional languages: Armenian, Chinese (Simplified), Korean, Persian, Spanish, and Tagalog. Persian introduced right-to-left text direction, requiring careful attention to layout, typography, and component behavior across the entire site. Bricks Builder templates and dynamic data were translated throughout, and all forms were configured to translate from a single source — keeping the site maintainable and easy to scale as new languages are added in the future.
Each language also received custom-designed graphics paired with a translated PDF resource, a detail the client was especially pleased with. The result is a site that meets families where they are, in the language they speak, at one of the most difficult moments of their lives.
